今回は丘珠空港緑地の下り坂を利用したスキーのオフトレです。
3歳から始めたインラインスケートもまだまだではありますが上手くなってきました。上半身をもう少し潰さないようにしてもらうのと、山脚を外旋させてほしい所です。少しずつ上達してるのでOKOK！
おまけ画像は先日始めたばかりのウクレレ。(笑)
現在、小学2年生の息子とアラ還の父が基本は公園の山などでスキートレーニングをして上達していった軌跡を辿るチャンネルです。
スキーはお金がかかるスポーツですが、工夫して家から歩いて行ける公園の山でも十分上達する！がモットーの父親と息子の日々を綴ってます。

This time, we're using the downhill slope of Okadama Airport Green Space for some off-season ski training. Hayato, who started inline skating at age three, is improving, though still has a way to go. I'd like him to work on keeping his upper body from collapsing and externally rotating his outside leg. He's making progress little by little, so it's all good!
As a bonus, here's a picture of him with the ukulele he just started learning recently! (Haha)
Currently, this channel follows the journey of a second-grade boy and his father, who is nearing his 60s, as they improve their skiing by primarily training on small hills in the park. Skiing can be an expensive sport, but our motto is that with some creativity, you can improve even on the hills of a park within walking distance from home! These are the daily stories of a father and son making the most of what they have.
